    Our company will be responsible for providing pre-sale technical support for the equipment that customers need to purchase, as well as on-site inspection of customers 'original equipment, production lines, etc., and design "tailor-made" according to the customers' requirements.

  • After-sales Service

    Our after-sales service team will show you the most professional, fast and high-quality service. Our company promises to provide the following services for machines and equipment we sell: on-site guidance for the installation of equipment, and comprehensive and systematic training for users, operators and maintenance personnel.

    When the machines and equipment you purchased do not work well, we will respond within 12 hours after receiving the notice from the customer, and arrive at the site within 48 hours as needed to solve the problem for you. During the warranty period, all maintenance related costs shall be borne by our company. After the warranty period, we will be responsible for life-long maintenance. We only charges transportation and accommodation costs and spare parts cost (supplied at the lowest price).
