CH-XAF Filter Rods On-line Sampling&Test System

　　According to the requirements of customers to strengthen the quality inspection and quality control in the production process, OMERICA has successfully developed a new type of filter rods online auto-sampling and measuring system, which is installedin the production lines of filter rods in the tobacco industry.

　　The CH-XAf filter rods online sampling and test system can be connected with the filter making machine (up to 6 sets),automatically pickup the filter rod samples according to the seting sampling sequence and sampling frequency, transmit the samples to the test station through the pipelines, quickly detect the physical parameters of the filter rods, and the measurement data are immediately displayedon the touch LCD at the machine end.It is easy to monitor the working status of the filter rod making machine and the quality of filter rods.
